It is possible (although extremely unlikely, given their records) for 3 NFC East teams to make the playoffs- the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and Washington Redskins. Dallas has clinched the 1seed, which means they get home-field advantage throughout the playoffs until the Superbowl. In the NFL, 12 teams make the playoffs- 6 from the AFC and 6 from the NFC. 4 teams have what is called a bye-week, they automatically pass the first round of the playoffs. In your scenario, with Dallas being the 1seed and winning the NFC East, the Giants and Redskins would be the 2 wildcard teams, and as such would be the 5seed and 6seed. They would play the 3seed and 4seed (probably Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions, with the Seattle Seahawks getting the 2seed, and thus the other bye week in the NFC). Let’s say both the Giants and Redskins win their games- then, the following week, the Redskins (the 6seed) would face the Dallas Cowboys (1seed) while the Giants would face the Seattle Seahawks. If the Cowboys win, and the Giants win, then the following week, the Cowboys would host the Giants. And the winner of that game would go on to the Superbowl, as the NFC Champion, and play whichever team comes out of the AFC via the same process.
