Anytime we discuss trust, he would bring up this topic. Although I never discussed anything with his parents afterwards, he still hold backs a little when it comes to trusting me. So my advise would be whatever may be the issue, always resolve it together. Never involve parents and friends; this will make things ugly. Our wedding involved a lot of expenses and drained our pockets. On top of it, we had planned a 3 week trip to Europe for our honeymoon. There were lot of other expenses in setting up our house and other financial commitments.
