Josh Allen Milk Check T-Shirt

I’ve been told that there’s structured training plans that you can do on a trainer, hooked up to Zwift, that can build cycling hill climbing fitness in a very short amount of time. I cannot personally vouch for it, but based on the hype and praise, and the results I’ve seen from riding buddies, it is well worth checking out. I believe the program is based on high intensity interval training. I was told that one section was 30 second all-out sprints on repeat. Let me tell you, I cannot even think about doing a single 30 second all-out sprint. I know of a hill that takes 30 seconds to climb if I attempted a PR, but I am reluctant to even put out that kind of intensity on that climb. Mostly because I would worry about making it back home, after pretty much blowing all my energy away. Sounds like it could be a good motivator, if you are not too self-motivated like myself. Gets rid of some of the excuses, such as mine about needing to pace myself or reserve energy to get back home. My friend uses a tablet and a cheap trainer, but I’ve heard of people using $1000 smart trainers and hook Zwift up to a large flat screen TV and entertainment system.
