Nbnpremium - Marcos alvarado high lovers shirt

I think this is more the Marcos alvarado high lovers shirt and I will buy this case in Southern California but people are more laid back and easy going than in other states. I would not say people are necessary friendly or easy to make friends with, but overall the vibe in SoCal is very chilled out. SF can be different because it has a lot of tech people from other states so it feels more like a douchey east coast city. However, if you go next door to the East Bay it’s a lot more relaxed and feels like CA. The politics of CA is also much more open minded and moderate. Unlike many places in the US, the right wing does not have a lot of power here and the dog whistle racism you get from the GOP in other states is not as present here. Most people generally support a European style system where you have tighter gun control, free public healthcare, and low cost education. In recent years CA has gotten rid of political gerrymandering of political districts and party primaries, which in my opinion the rest of the US should do as well to stop the gridlock in DC. Legislators in CA literally do not get paid if they do not pass the annual state budget by a certain date. CA is not perfect politically but the state government is actually pretty well run under the Democrats. We had a massive state deficit during the recession and its been wiped out and things are going well because the party in power has been pretty reasonable running things. Recreational marijuana use will likely be legalized in the 2016 election.

The cost of living in SF is out of control and it is not great in LA either. SF rent is literally at over 3k a month for a 1bd and overall average rent is over 4k. I remember leasing a nice 1bd in the Marcos alvarado high lovers shirt and I will buy this Mission in SF for 1.5k just 5–6 years ago, the same place would go for 3–4k today, which is just insane even if you are making a six figure income. SF is a great city but it’s not that great. It’s not a world class international city like NYC, London, Paris, Tokyo, or Hong Kong. It’s just a small place of around 850k people with average nightlife and a tech paranoid economy. So the idea of paying that much to live in SF is basically insane in my opinion. Likewise, the cost of living in LA has gotten a lot worse though at least you can get an apartment for a much more affordable price than in SF. The downside is that you need a car in LA and the traffic can be inhumane. This brings up another negative of CA. Outside of SF, public transportation generally sucks. LA has make strides in the last decade or two to improve its train and subway system but it’s still a car city. SF too needs to invest in its public transportation as its falling apart. However, I think this is not just a CA problem as generally speaking infrastructure and public transportation is horrible in the US compared to Europe and Asia. CA is building a bullet train from SF to LA but it won’t be finished until like 2025 or something.
