I assume you are referring to American-rules football, Rakesh, and not to the Team Store 2023 Ncaa Division III Softball Marshall,Tx Eight Teams Championship Apart from…,I will love this game called soccer in the United States and football almost everywhere else. And by “more popular,” I assume you mean more popular in the United States. It’s certainly not as much fun to play, for most people, as those other sports, with the possible exception of baseball, which some people find boring. I have loved baseball my whole life. But I also remember being 8 and 9 years old, standing in the same position in the field for 20 minutes at a time, as my pitcher walked batter after batter of the opposing team because their coach had told them not to take the bat off their shoulder until our pitcher had thrown a second strike.
I can persuade my wife and daughter to watch any sport with me, except football. Whenever a woman complains to me that she can’t understand football, I invariably answer something like this: “Don’t even try to understand football—it’s way too complicated, and there’s a good chance that it really doesn’t even make any sense. The players don’t understand it—why do you think there’s a penalty on every play? The announcers don’t understand it—or they’d be able to explain it to you, right?
