The biggest issue though would be Vegas’s ability to support multiple teams at the Top official UNC Michael Jordan Shirt in other words I will buy this same time. Vegas is a growning city but the metro population is 29th and the media market is 40th (smaller than KC, San Diego, Hartford, or Cincinnati without an NBA or NHL team). When the economy is great… no one cares. Vegas has a higher correlation to the economy than maybe any other city in the US. But in a recession… it will depress ticket sales. Vegas, so far, hasnt had a “bad” team to effect attendance (the knights have had winning seasons every year and the first season entirely with fans the Raiders made the playoffs) but no NBA Team has done jack squat in expansion for multiple seasons… will Vegas support a bad team when the other 2 (and throw in the possible relocation of the A’s to 3) are doing well?
