A number of major innovation achievements have made breakthroughs, and many fields have achieved major leaps from scratch and from unusable to easy-to-use. A number of major powers have become national business cards, leading companies’ products sell well all over the world, and small and medium-sized enterprises are accelerating the “specialized, refined, and new” development. At the same time, a number of strategic emerging industrial clusters with their own characteristics and complementary advantages have grown and strengthened, becoming a new innovation and development force, a new engine for the regional economy, and a new carrier for maintaining and stabilizing the chain in China. From January to May, investment in high-tech industries increased by 20.5% year-on-year, and investment in technological transformation of manufacturing enterprises increased by 15.7% year-on-year, 14.3 and 9.5 percentage points higher than the national fixed asset investment respectively.
