My mother came around the corner and saw me standing there with no shirt. “What happened? Why are you walking around with no shirt?” “Ask your daughter,” I said to her. Tracy told her or at least tried to but she was laughing too hard. Mom took me and steered me to a change room. I passed this cute girl who gave me a nice smile, I smiled back and walked into the change room. “Put one of the shirts on RJ,” mom told me shaking her head. What can I say? As long as I had on a t shirt and jeans I was fine, that’s it. No fancy stuff. Hell I wore my underwear until it was so stretched out that Jake the Fat Man could wear them. Remember him? The good thing about this is that my sisters at least gave me some good tips for shopping. They knew clothes a lot better than I did.
