It is M4 Sherman, problem with this system is that it could not move such heavy turrets like are modern. Also manual could be used but itis has very limited rotation speed, but it is most reliable and easiest to maintain. All German tanks from WW II used this mechanism exept Maus, for exmaple Tiger I had manual turret rotation system, max turret rotation was from 3,5° per second to 6°per second, here we have Tiger I The concept of a multi turret tank was something that gained traction post WW1. I’m not sure if it was the “bigger is better” school of thought or just a hangover from the WW1 Bitish “landships”. Or the fact that nobody really knew what these were or how they were to be effectively used. ( Tank design owes more to the French FT-17 than they do to the Mk V’s landships etc.) The concept of the “landship” a multi armed behemoth had started to seep into popular culture via various early SI FI writings. The multi turreted tank was the SI FI writing made real.
