As far as the influence of the new ownership on the league, there is no cookie-cutter way to describe the thirty-two styles. Some come from football backgrounds and are very hands on. Others focus strictly on the economics of the game, putting the football operations into the hands of people skilled in hiring general managers, coaches, players, and the long list of people needed to produce quality on and off the field.
