Oklahoma City: It’s large enough to support an NFL franchise, and it is in a place that loves football. OKC would almost certainly support its own NFL team. That’s four, the four I would absolutely support for expansion of the NFL. There are a few other places that could also be prospects for an NFL team: Portland: A city of more than 2 million people should easily support an NFL franchise. But there are cities in more “football friendly” places that are probably better choices. Mexico City: This is the largest city in North America, and there are thousands, maybe even millions of NFL fans already there. The only slight issue could be the language difference.
